Cancellations/Returns will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation may not be allowed if the order has already been processed for shipping or is out for delivery. In such cases, customers may reject the product at the doorstep.
Any of our product is not eligible for cancellation or return. We do not provide any exchange or replacement. However, refund is possible if the delivered product is proven to be of poor quality.
If you receive damaged or defective items, please report it to our customer service team within 2 days of delivery.
In case of any approved refunds, it will be credited to the original payment method within 4-5 business days.
